Ages 50 and up. The youth of the body is held in the spine! In this spine-focused yoga class, we keep the spine moving along with the two main connections to the spine, the hips and the shoulders. We will safely move the hips in the six directions they are created to move and shrug away stiff shoulders. Why stop with the spine, hips, and shoulders? The hands, fingers, feet, and toes deserve attention as well. Taught by Harmoney Dawn, a 500 hour trained Purna Yoga teacher with a focus on alignment, safety and inspiration.
