Ages 14 and Up. Come glow and glisten outdoors with a 60min Dance Fitness/Cardio Hip Hop session followed by 30 mins of Sculpt toning. The first 60 minutes, just let the music move you and get your cardio fitness in. This will be followed by 30 minutes of Body Sculpt, a fusion of strength training, Pilates and Yoga with a focus on core strength and flexibility. Come and get your workout in for one class or both! All levels of fitness are welcome to join, no experience required. Bring a water bottle and towel and get ready to work!
