About this Course

Ages 50 & Up. This program will cover the eligibility requirements, included age, disability status, homeownership and income thresholds. They will discuss how the application process works and how far back eligible residents can apply for potential refunds. Finally, they will give an overview of the different exemption levels, and they reduce your property taxes. This program is presented by King County Assessor, John Wilson.
