About this Course

Ages 50 and up. The Environmental Science Center will lead participants on an exciting and educational experience to explore the intertidal habitat at Seahurst Park during a summer low tide. Naturalists will lead participants along the beach to explore the plants and animals of this habitat, share tips for safe and healthy exploration. Participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain to participate in the walk on the beach. After our adventure on the beach, we will enjoy lunch at the park admiring the surf. Please pack your own lunch to enjoy at the park.
