Ages 16 & Up. Tuesday Nights are for Dance Fitness, Pilates or a combo of BOTH! In your first hour you will experience the calorie-burning benefits of Dance Fitness with Hip-Hop, Latin, Soca, R&B and Pop beats. In the last 30 minutes of class, we will hit the mats and get some Pilates strengthening and stretching in. All fitness levels welcome and don’t forget a water bottle, yoga mat, and towel.
