Ages 50 and up. The Environmental Science Center will provide a fun, interactive field trip to different spots along the Cedar River to learn more about its biodiversity and importance to our local salmon migrations. This program will provide the opportunity to view salmon migrating through our local waterways as well as water quality lessons to better understand our stormwater issues and how to incorporate stewardship actions into our daily lives. Participants should plan to dress for the weather in mid-October and bring a lunch to eat on the go!
