About this Course

*LOCATION CHANGE: The Polar Bear Plunge will take place at the Henry Moses Aquatic Center* Ages 3 and up. Ring in the new year by challenging yourself with a chilly dip into Lake Washington! How will you take the plunge? Are you a toe-dipper, full on dunker or a run and jumper? Registration is required to participate. We recommend those taking the plunge to bring a towel and dry clothes. US Coast Guard approved flotation devices are permitted for those with limited water/swimming experience. All participants must register to participate. Register ahead of time to get your name entered into a drawing for a prize! Register by 12/29 by 9am to get your name entered into the raffle.
