About this Course

Ages 50 and up. The Environmental Science Center will lead participants on an exciting and educational experience at the Ballard Locks. Participants will learn about the history and usage of the Locks from Park Rangers and learn more about the watersheds and storm water management during this water quality trip. During this trip you will view the salmon in the fish ladder, complete hands-on water quality testing, and assess the health of this ecosystem for humans and wildlife.
